VACSWIM is a South Australian government funded initiative that’s been providing South Australian primary school children with water skills and knowledge for more than 50 years. Our aim is to reduce the number of water related accidents in pools and waterways.
In 2017, 12,000 children took part in 126 pool and beach locations around South Australia. Held over 5 or 7 days at the start of January, VACSWIM programs are delivered by the Royal Life Saving Society South Australia, Surf Life Saving South Australia or the YMCA. VACSWIM is very much part of summer in South Australia with children progressing to a higher level each year.
VACSWIM makes a significant investment each year in promoting the brand and programs to the mums of primary school children and our sponsorship program covers all levels including naming rights. Engagement opportunities are available in our 4 month digital and social lead up campaign, across all in and out bound communication platforms and on the ground at program locations.
If you’d like to help improve the safety of South Australia children around water then give us a call.
